HEIDI TAGUA EARRINGS. Heidi offers an open hoop tagua earring. She is very unique, found only here, carved in this trendy hoop design. She’s available in several colors. She’s light weight, easy to wear and perfect for everyday. My daughter Jules loves Heidi and tells me about her compliments all the time!

Tagua is a nut from a palm tree, found only in South America. Most is found in Ecuador, in my Manabi region along the coast. It is commonly called vegetable ivory. It is so close in makeup and appearance, it is difficult to distinguish from animal ivory. Gathering the fallen tagua, has many benefits economically and naturally sustains the rainforest. It causes no harm, unlike the cruel world of sourcing animal ivory.

Each is unique and will vary slightly from photos. Tagua has natural shapes and sizes. Please allow for slight differences that are not flaws.
